The Special Deliveries program is a voluntary, home visiting service that provides support for pregnant mothers in Platte County.
Eligibility Guidelines
- Platte County resident
- Currently pregnant
- Currently be on or qualify for MoHealthnet
All Home Visiting services are offered at no cost to qualified families.

What will I learn during a home visit?
Home visits include information to help you learn about your pregnancy, your baby's development and community resources.
Topics include childbirth, breastfeeding, car seat/crib safety and child development screenings. Referrals to community resources can include diaper programs, car seat programs, crib programs and rent/utility assistance programs.
