Routine Childhood Vaccines: Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTaP), polio and more.
Adult Vaccines: Influenza (flu), pneumococcal, hepatitis A and B and HPV vaccines.
Travel Vaccines: For travelers seeking protection against diseases prevalent in specific regions or countries.
Vaccine Fees: Federally funded vaccines are provided at no cost to clients on Medicaid. Uninsured and underinsured pay a minimal administration fee per visit. View list here.

We follow the CDC’s recommended vaccine schedules for children and adults, helping families meet vaccine requirements for school and daycare.

Vaccines for Adults:

Free vaccination to uninsured and underinsured adults (through the 317 publicly funded program).
Not all vaccines are available through 317.
A $10 administration fee.

COVID-19 Vaccines: Vaccine is available for anyone 6 months or older with private insurance or out-of-pocket payment.
Previous Vaccination: Your last COVID-19 vaccine must have been administered more than 2 months ago.
