How We Test

  • Forms: Basic health information form.

We Test For

  • Chlamydia: Common and treatable.
  • Gonorrhea: Often no symptoms, can affect newborns.
  • Syphilis: Painless sore at infection site.
  • HIV: No cure but manageable with treatment.
  • Hepatitis C: Treatable with medication (currently unavailable)
